David is Certified by both the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI).  His background includes a B.S and M.S in Safety and Heath Management.  David’s experience includes overseeing the safety for large Commercial and Residential construction projects.  He is an excellent communicator and prides himself in taking a proactive approach toward educating buyers in the home buying decision process.  David’s professionalism makes him one of the most requested inspectors in the Greater Philadelphia area.
Residing in Bucks County, David is a Pennsylvania State Compliant home inspector who inspects throughout Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware and Chester Counties.  He is also licensed to inspect within the City of Philadelphia.
