"David showed up on time and had already started assessing the home before I got there, he did not mind me staying by his side throughout the inspection and learning from him. He checked out the house to the best of ability short of invasive inspection, we crawled into the attic space in 90 F heat to check things out and he was very patient in explaining what we were looking for and what potential issues to watch out for in the long run based on condition of the house. "Little background, I have had approximately 4 home inspections done by different companies in the past 7 years. (moving homes, investment property).
